Physical / Shipped Products: accept returns or replacement 24 hours after receiving back the products. You may want to return or replace the products, if you –

  • Received a damaged products
  • Received a defective products
  • Get wrong products

Return Process:

Fill out the Product return form under menu Service & Support > Return Form

Please send back through Courier to logistics address with concerned product and essential papers. Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice once we receive the product.

Once we receive the products, after verify the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible. will refund 100% of product value by Crossed Cheque. will not bear the return Courier cost.


Used products or products not returned in the same condition as you received.

This does not include electronic products or any other product which is rendered non-saleable once the manufacturer packaging is opened.
